Stress
Handling work pressure
Practical ways to stop work stress following you home.
Set a finish line
Pick a time to stop and a small ritual to mark it: a walk, a shower, changing clothes. It tells your brain the shift is over.
Write it down
Before you finish, list tomorrow's top three tasks. Getting them out of your head makes it easier to let go.
Speak up early
If the workload is unmanageable, raise it before it becomes a crisis. Asking for clearer priorities is a strength, not a weakness.
