Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 October 2026
Forge is provided by Healthy men, the trading name of Steven Mobbs, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use Forge you are entering an agreement with Healthy men (Steven Mobbs). By creating an account or continuing to use Forge, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Forge helps you log workouts, track mood and stress, read support articles, join a community forum and, with Forge Plus, use guided coaching and AI-generated coping suggestions. You must be 18 or over to use Forge. Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
2. Not medical advice
Forge is not a medical or emergency service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away. Crisis lines are listed free on our Support page.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Forge. That includes: using it for anything unlawful; fraud, spam or harassment; posting hateful, abusive or infringing content; uploading malware; probing, scraping or interfering with our systems; trying to get around technical limits; or reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.
4. AI coping suggestions
- The suggestions are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you, and they are not professional advice. Use your own judgement.
- You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the suggestions.
- You must not try to make the AI produce harmful, illegal or hateful content, or try to bypass its safety rules ("jailbreaking").
- You keep any rights you have in what you enter. You may use the suggestions you receive for your own personal use.
- We may filter or refuse suggestions, remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post or log. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only so we can run Forge. If you think content on Forge infringes your rights, email us and we will review it and remove it where appropriate. If someone repeatedly infringes others' rights, we will close their account.
6. Our intellectual property
We own Forge, including its software, design, content and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is open.
7. Forge Plus, payments and cancellation
Forge Plus costs £5 a month after a 7-day free trial and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Membership page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Availability
We work to keep Forge running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Forge is provided "as is", without implied warranties.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our rules. You can delete your account at any time from the Today menu. Your data is erased when you do.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. General
You may not transfer your account to someone else. We may transfer this agreement if the business is sold. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard by its courts. We may update these terms and will let you know about any important changes.
